I was just thinking bout this actually.

I mean, I'm not gonna have a family anytime soon, me and my girlfriend got like ten years left if that is to happen.


We really don't need all that space and renting out to another family seems like good money.

Growing up, my bedroom was an attic. shyt was dope. Had a bed, table. Couple couches. Little fridge. Tv. I skipped a lot of school.

My first apt also had a decent loft. Nice chill space. Back wheb boom boxes were still kinda in style.
