Just the struggle mustache and goatee combo I had since 20. Sideburns are almost nonexistent. I’ve seen dykes with better sideburns than me.

Never seen my dad with a beard. The most facial hair I’ve seen on him was the thick sideburns, mustache, and soul patch combo brothas used to rock back in the 60’s/70’s.

Is it over for me? Should I go ahead and commit dat? :francis:

If you got a girl you need to start EATIN THAT THANG daily, you'll look like Rick Ross in a month:shaq::lolbron:

Naw for real it could be genetic or your diet. You gotta have a large amount of biotin and folic acid to stimulate hair growth for real and drink a large amount of water regularly. If you not vegan you can eat eggs everyday and chicken, fish etc. Also almonds and up your I take of greens like brocolli.

A lot of problems people have really stem from diet but folks underestimate how the human body interacts with that stuff.:sas2:

Your testosterone is probably low. Though, there are ways to mitigate this. Shave more frequently, even if you barely have any stubble. The more you shave, the more hair you’ll grow, its growth increasing with the frequency of your shaves. Take vitamins. Biotin and vitamin A will help with your skin and hair. Once you start seeing more hair than usual, slow down on the shaving and let it grow. It’ll take a long time, but it’ll eventually form a beard. You just need to be disciplined and patient. :unimpressed:
