Insurance doesn't drop at 25 anymore. I thought the same thing and when I got the bill it actually went up a little despite having a clean record and they told me the age for males is now 30. They said it would go down if I get married.

I had state farm and after this and a few other bullshyt things they did I said fukk you guys, actually called them up and told them I'm leaving because they're a bunch of thieves. Switched to geico and my insurance dropped like 40% for the same coverage.
I was paying $90 on a 1998 car for liability.
I got a 2008 with full coverage and my shyt went up FIVE DOLLARS

i will be finished paying my friend the 200 a month i owe him on Dec 14th.
so, imma quit that day lol
it just so happens to coincide with my 25th bday
(the mcdonalds money offsets what i owe him so i can continue to knock off debt)
and i dont wanna walk out. this manager believed in me, gave me a shot.

I give you props for doing it instead of these people that look down on you..What are they doing? Probably nothing, you have that as your (side) job, dont listen to these fools..You had your goal and you are doing it, a bunch of baby steps eventually leads to a long ways off from what you were before you took those steps years back.. Many people that laugh will be in the same situation they are now 5 years from now because of that lack of drive or too much pride.
I see it because people used to talk about me and in hindsight they are like I wish I did it the way you did it and they are struggling now.
