here's some advice for the males. if you see a chick you find attractive and you catch her looking, look back and don't break eye contact until she does. when she looks away, look away too and don't look back at her even if you feel like she keeps looking. when she sees you're not giving her anymore attention, some will move on and some will try to get your attention subtly. if you feel like she's doing the latter, get at her in a dominant way (not aggressive or persistant, just dominant). don't be a clown trying to make her laugh or seek validation. let her adapt to you, not the other way around. any sign of her not cooperating, you let her be. once you establish that you run the interaction, get her to commit more, to invest more. the more she invests, the more locked in she is because most people (males and females) never want to cut their losses (greed). once you have the juice, it's up to you what you want to do with it...
