mmmmm looks great i really want to eat some food prepped on a cutting board that looks like it hasnt been washed in the past decade. delicious.

You doing double work by cooking the chicken in the oven, then cutting it, and boiling it. Cut partially frozen chicken breasts, pan fry in a skillet, then add the taco seasoning. No one wants rehydrated boiled chicken sogging up their tortilla.

Why add salsa, tomato, and jalapeno? Fry the rice with chopped onions and garlic, add water, then add a can of rotel that has the peppers and tomatos. Top off with fresh cilantro.

Overall its a good hardy economic meal that should last you a couple of meals for one person..

Making good rice is definitely a skill because my rice came out "ok". Maybe I didnt use enough oil?

How Much oil do you use for the rice BrothaZay?

I made this and it was enough for 2 people plus left overs

It was definetely worth the effort

You really just need enough to lighty cover the bottom of the pan, if that. It's like making Rice-A-roni.
