Finally made homemade Quesadillas!!! It came out decent but I need to cut the meat into strips and use lettuce as well next time.

Threw some drums, quarters, sausage, Hot Dogs and bacon wrapped asparagus on the grill today.

Making the dough was fukking hard...

I damned near chopped my pinky off making these damned apples..

Then I was finished...

due to their looks it looks mangled cause I didnt have a rolling pin to shape the dough but the taste... was... My co-workers ate a ton of them... Only had 3 left.

I'm gonna do homemade sausage calzones with buttery infused garlic dough this weekend... I need a rolling pin get that perfect look when I'm wrapping it.

Finally made my Calzones!!! This guy with his oven cooking time be WAY off, said 500 degrees 15 minutes. my shyts still burned I'm gonna go 300 slow broil next time...
