A little appetizer I made quick while I was waiting on the eggs to boil and the dressing to mend.

Fresh Mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil. I drizzled a lil olive oil and balsamic vinegar over it. Salt/pepper.
Caprese saladDid you throw those in the skillet to melt the cheese?
I never thought of that.
I didn't but thats sounds like a good idea maybe I'll give that a try next time.
. The sweetness of the balsamic makes all the difference on it.
