so you gon post all that goodness that i couldn’t get because i live in Nola, it’s not fair, 
shyt looks good Smitty, and looks like a healthy amount of mustard in that potato salad 
Appreciate it breh, man Im trying to get to Nola for them po boys though
... i gotta trim my ribs though, thats where i be messing up. Next rack gonna be St Louis trimmed. Oh yeah plenty mustard in that potato salad

Have you worked with gluten free flour before @Caca-faat ?
Been messing with cooking a bit since quarantine, especially since I haven't been working. Gotta see what else I can come up with.
My dad had made this shrimp dish with like a tomato sauce base, has like a bit of peppers and onions on it. Don't know what the English name is. Kinda like a shrimp Creole per google. That was on a Sunday. A day or two later we had some uncooked shrimp leftover so I just tossed that in the pasta and added some of that sauce on it.
This was some chicken I had made, might do it tomorrow too. shyt was dipped in a garlic and butter mixture and then coated with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and I think one or two other items, maybe parsley.
Might have some more pics on the phone I can upload too.

This one was a chicken bacon ranch. Cooked the chicken on both sides then sprinkled on some ranch dressing, the powder kind and some bits of bacon on top. It's good but can be salty.
This one of the first things I made during this time. Haven't made it since. Sort of like a chicken and pasta mix. Will use a smaller pan next time cuz we had too much leftover.
This was a chicken parmesan dish. Don't remember if this is the one where I put mozzarella cheese inside or not but that one is good as well.
I have, it needs more moisture than regular flour and cakes turn out super dense. You cannot free hand it, you need specific gluten free recipes. What are u trying to make?
