Crusted Chicken Romano is my favorite dish at Cheesecake Factory, so I made my own at home. Sautéed onions and garlic for a few mins, threw in 15 or so roma and campari tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sugar to taste..and added 1/2 cup of water. Let it reduce into a sauce.
Dredged a pounded chicken breast in egg and milk then breaded it with flour, shredded Parmesan, salt and pepper, dipped it in egg again and breaded again before frying.
Mix the sauce with al dente noodle just before serving.
