Past Sunday's dinner

forgot to take a picture of the roasted tomato and black bean side i made....

spaghetti squash casserole..

thin spaghetti, squash, homemade tomato sauce w/spicy ground pork, garlic, red onions & green peppers, and Colby jack layered on top.. bake at 380 for 30-40min..

couscous bacon & egg wrap..

sesame and garlic seasoned pork loin, with yellow peppers, carrots, onions, and mushrooms..

breaded tilapia, teriyaki salmon, veggies(orange peppers, squash & carrots) and white rice..

brownies.. ​

stewed fresh tomatoes, with oregano, garlic, jalapeños and salt & pepper..

you can pretty much spice it up however you want..
