I did just get off the phone with my boy few hours ago though. Dude was telling me about his plight. Him and his lady been in rocky waters for the past year or so. One day this summer she told him she was taking the kids (twins) to visit her mom in connecticut. They went up on Monday. On Friday she called him to say they're not coming back and she's putting him on child support. Judge didn't give a fukk that he's been their father in the household taking care of them since they were born. All the judge and her lawyer harped on was how much he made.
Even though she makes 85k, the judge still ordered him to pay $2300/mo for the twins. shyt aint fair breh

He did admit that after he proposed to her he started seeing changes in her with some red flags, but decided to just go along with the marriage anyway because he didn't wanna be seen as a jerk calling off a wedding. shoulda listened to his gut

It's not so much as they value the mother, with regards to black families they like to get involved so they can further tear down the structure and pit the man against the woman, by the time family court is done the father will grow resentful as he's struggling to make ends meet and you being bitter or having whatever feelings you have won't notice that the system is creating a bigger rift between the father and ya'll seed . . nothing like sitting in court and she asking for a raise on child support and you thinking "impossible I'm barley making it as is" and that judge slam his gavel and say you going to have to pay more just to let you know they don't give an actual fukk about the kids during the proceedings they won't say shyt about the father actually having to contact the kid it's all about what's in them pockets . .

A better solution would be the man and woman coming to an agreement I mean if you fukked and had a kid hopefully you have a somewhat decent enough relationship to work the shyt out like adults .. now this isn't to say fukk the system totally because you have bum ass dudes who won't be there physically or financially them dudes you can go ahead and take they bum ass to your local child support agency.
