I rarely would bury a Bulls prospect this early, but I have absolutely no faith in Pat living up to his #4 pick expectation, his ceiling is a role player

this is what you expect to see from top 5-10 pick wings:

Mathurin has shown more in 10 games than Pat has showed his entire career :skip:

Pat has good size and athleticism and some nice skills. He has such a passive mindset and his first step is trash and his handle is shaky in traffic. I cant say enough about his mindset and lack of aggression, dude is Tony Snell 2.0 in that regard

I hope Im wrong :yeshrug: because the success of this Bulls team relied on Pay being a dynamic two way player

He's been more aggressive. The fact he took that 3 to tie the game last night in that situation is a shot he doesn't dare to take prior to this last 5 stretch of games.

He doesn't have a score first mentality like Mathurin, but if he was on a team like the Pacers with more usage he would look completely different.

His defense is becoming more and more disruptive with each game.

He'll be good once he has experience. His rookie season was the bubble and he missed basically all of last season. I'm reserving judgement until this year's all star break.

pat seems too stiff according to eye test.. but he still young enough to be a "best defender" on team with not too much drop off in offense. taller bridges from suns

Jonathan Kuminga is averaging 4 shots a game this season… not 4 points ..4 shots :mjlol: and this is the nikka that Pat should be emulating …I would love for you to point to a single thing in that highlight video that we can’t pull tape of Patrick Williams doing ….don’t worry I’ll wait

Ben Mathurin is a 210 pound SG why are you comparing him to a 240 pound PF … like why? nikka is freely allowed to chuck up shots on a low expectation Pacers team …he wouldn’t get half those attempts on this current Bulls squad behind “3 allstars”
