There’s everything wrong with well done. Good steakhouses would be fukking pissed if you ask for that shyt or may not even have that as an option. A well done steak is trash as fukk. A juicy medium/medium rare cooked steak doesn’t need any sauce.

A buddy of mine who used to work at a steak house told me that anybody that wanted a steak well done would get the oldest meat in the fridge.
