I'd more suggest you enjoy your craic with a better strategy so you lower your chances of falling out amongst people that would prolly think nothing of making a mannequin challenge vid of them putting shyt in and around ya culo, breh.:whoa: People weird out here, but you with friends and ain't noen of 'em trying to keep you in it for the long haul, so it's up to you.

Food and Hydration, my friend. If you know you goin' out to drink, eat a meal, preferably a full course one and then you can imbibe more than normal since you ain't got all that alcohol goin' directly into your blood stream, most of it is being introduced to your system with the food you ate that plugging up ya stomach membranes. Makes the night last longer and the inevitable crash not as sever since you got energy from food'n'shyt.

Couple that with some water after you've made a conscious effort to stop and you're in relatively safe hands. In the event that you don't get to eat a meal before you go on a bender, be sure to eat a meal during or like directly after to slow down all that liquor jumping ya blood brain barrier'n'shyt.

Unless you enjoy drinking until ya brain sloshes about in ya head and you wake up in questionable places mid day'n'shyt. I mean, if that's ya thing, then do you breh, but stay safe.

People often hit me with the :usure: when I tell 'em I don't get hangovers; it's 'cause my whole drinking process is propped up by Food and Hydration, man. I've been black out drunk before with the last time being me drinking myself out of some cheeks at a house party where I went outside, did a drunken front flip at this ditch in the chick's garage and knocked myself out all on the way to get a goddamned Condom.:snoop:

Unless that's your goal, you should always try and lessen the damage all that alcohol is doing to you and eating a big meal before or soon after helps in a long way, if not just to make the morning after less turbulent when you wake up wherever next to whatever. Hydration plays a major part too especially if you drinking beer since beer is a diuretic and those make you lose water (all that pissin').

Alot of dudes that think I'm lying about that shyt or bragging like some sort of inebriated superman done had big nights out drinking/smoking, and couldn't wake up with me at 6am to face the day which helped 'em realize that I ain't just braggin' about this shyt breh, I'm tryin' to educate on this shyt since don't nobody need to be fukkin' themselves up on the sauce 'cause that shyt kills ya slow if you abuse it. Hope you find a method/routine that works for you and enjoy, my man.:salute:
