depends on how big your operation is and the current price of honey. If you want to make your living being a beekeeper, you got to live in an area with a lot of vegetation and not much competition. Because I usually get Yellowbox honey during spring time, the price is high because yellow box is considered top tier honey and is used for making prime honey mead wine. Per a killo its about 15 dollars while your standard home brand honey is about 5 dollars. If you live next to a forest or a reserve, its would be a goat investment. Australia has one of the best honey in the world because of the trees we have here and the lack of diseases that is fukking up every other country.Pretty cool breh.
Can someone make a living doing beekeeping n shyt alone?

You could always pick up hobbies later in life. My previous mentor was a poor mechanic before he picked up beekeeping at the age of 38. He started learning about the trade and invested his money in a beekeeping business and now he lives in a rich suburb next to the city. He supplies premium yellowbox and river red gum honey to mead distilleries around the world and Australia. Now his sons take care of the business while his teaching youngins like me.I'll just stick to ain't chamama surp... I ain't eating no bee spit
