He looks like a boy in every pic you posted though so I don't get your point. If he never did anything to himself and just continued as a "man" he would look like a man. Men develop later than women, so it's not out of the norm to see teenage males who look like children in the face which you seem to be trying to say looks like a woman.

It's a known fact that when people are aware they "see" it. When they don't know, they don't usually see it. Subconsciously, you'll look to dissect everything once you know. Trans women particularly are analyzed more closely than a "regular" woman.

Thing is pre puberty most kids look the same and we socially use hair styles and clothing to be able to identify gender of a kid. When someone develops late it's usually still the same thing. Dude more than likely would look like a skinny dude if he never wore the hairstyle and dress of the sex he wanted to identify with. If he had baggy jeans and jersey I put money you wouldn't be like he looks like a lesbian. He'd just look like a baby faced teen.
