First of all Jesus never claimed he was dying for no sins... the council at nicea did that. He never claimed he was God... he even said everyone was God... so u take that as you want... he also stated that you should know thyself, a quote that has been repeated long before he ever existed... so he was dropping knowledge but it was hidden with literal meaning, so that most wouldn't understand.

Instead of being more careful with his thought process, Hawkings seems to have no filter and spew out any possible scenario.

It's why I hate those social studies that come out that don't understand correlation doesn't equal causation and tend to be agenda driven.

When did Hawking just "spew out any possible scenario"? While he's something of a media whore, he still appears to take his science seriously. That people seem intent on sensationalising his writings isn't an indication of his actual work. Anyway, you really haven't made an argument that shows that theoretical physics is now a joke. It's more one that indicates you have a problem with professor Hawking.
