All this vastness and no other signs of life so far. That would tell me that we are pretty special.

Not really breh. It took over 40 years for a probe we sent to leave just our solar system. We've barely touched what's going on in our galaxy, much less the universe.

There could be advanced civilizations in the milky way just like ours. We just don't have the technology yet to identify em.

Doesn't matter. Even in our own solar system we're special. The more we discover, the more special we become. As I said earlier, even if other intelligent life is discovered, that life would be special as well.
