I can't cook a tender steak for sh#t!!!!

I only eat steak about 4-6 times a year. I've tried leaving it out at room temperature for 30 mins, cooking on the stove with flaming hot oil, flipping every 3 mins, and it is never tender!! I know I have to cut against the grain!!!!

THe easiest way to do it is to use a slow cooker, and put it on high for about 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.

It'll literally fall apart.

I'm a cheap mf too, so I got you

The steak is drying out during the cooking process

Wrap it in foil. You gotta create a system that holds liquid so it has to be like a foil bowl on the bottom but fold the top over it and try to like seal it completely (although it won't actually seal)

low temp. Slow as fukc

The only problem with this is it will will be well done, which is disrespectful to any good steak.
