Nah nothing like that, my mother was born in the 60's, she wouldn't do me like that, lol.
Good. My mom gave me a PLAIN fukking name but I get stopped all the time for it. "That is my middle name!" or "Its usually spelled XYZ, you and my dad share the same spelling."

You act like that isn't a problem that many (besides africans and aas) face.
What do they (employers) really have to go on other than your name on a resume prior to an interview?
Plus, I'm African too...why are you acting like this isn't a factor that many recognize as a problem...not by the people with the names...but the employers that feel the need to have people with simple (usually anglicized/americanized) names and to not give a chance those without?

You put your skills and education on your resume to boost it up. Try to target your qualifications to match the job description. Use a template to make it look neat and just send it out to different companies you'll get better results. The reason I say African is because yall perform very well in the US compared to a lot of us AA's

Her mom and dad are ex junkies. Shes wonderful, but she has some serious issues. There is this kid in the nba that lived in my neighborhood. So I see him on the train before I see her.
