Its not just you bruh, I'm in the same boat. I put a 1 g aside in may specifically for my PS4 and accessories and games and just haven't made the purchase. Played the PS4 a few weeks ago and just wasn't blown away. Played the Xbox One most of Xmas day with my nephew and was like

I still haven't beat GTA5 and just didn't feel compelled to buy NBA2k for the first time in about 5 years...

I still plan on copping PS4 eventually, but I feel ya.. I've rented games that were good like The Last of us and still after about n hour couldn't really get into them.

its been over a month now and i have yet to touch my ps3 brehs ...before then i use to put in at least an hour of gaming a day but ever since i was finished with GTA5 i have no desire to play game anymore..

have i grown too old for games?

i cnt miss out on all that next gen piff brehs... help me

Let it go breh. I was out of the game after the PS2. That was my last hurrah. I never played a PS3

Happened to me too..now I usually just use the ps3 for Netflix with my wife..it takes a goddamn hour to play an online game of ncaa 14 anyways

its usually just the lifestyle that changes. i love my ps3 but now i just hate sitting still long enough to play it. and i hate having to dedicate my TV to it. i love gaming with dexter or breaking bad playing in the background.
plus my down time is fragmented now so most things i play are mobile...steam on my laptop, 3ds, vita, iPad, iPhone.

i actually forced myself to play through the last of us because its sort of my job to be a part of that conversation

you just need to adjust gaming to your lifestyle, and not try to play every single game (because really when your talking genres you're playing the same game over and over anyway). just be more picky...and try mobile

right now I'm playing new little kings story on my vita, answering your thread, watching dexter s02e04 and discussing it with my wife.
if i start playing gt5 right now on my ps3, all of that stops and my wife will have to put on earphones to watch dexter on her iPad

If you have a hobby that you're passionate about, it'll come back eventually and video games, which I consider a hobby, are no exception to the rule. Prior to the release of the PS4, I didn't touch a single video game in over a year and half because I was tired of last gen in general. Fast forward to today?

I'm back like I never left playing the PS4 and this is in spite of the system not having an extensive amount of games to play. Sometime you have to wait for something that will peak your interest for you to jump back in - mines were these new systems, in particular the cuatro.

It doesn't always have to be the same tired excuse of "priorities in life" or "getting too old".

i think i just need a break from it for a while brehs and then ill eventually get back into gaming cuz the last 4 games i finished (borderlands 2, bioshock infinite, last of us, and gta5) i played the shyt out of and kinda overdid it...those 4 games are in my top 10 favorite games of all time and playing them one after the other non stop for hours everyday kinda burned me out
