I can't post attachments.....

I got a quick question. It says in my posting rules that I can do everything except post attachments. Is there something I need to do or somewhere I can go to change that? I seen someone else with less posts than me that can post attachments so what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Well, i was mistaken. I was thinking that it meant pictures. Im sorry for the misunderstanding.

You can't post in TLR (until you hit 100 posts or have been here two months)but you can post in the other sub forums.
