i cant sell myself in interviews

i have terrible communication skills. bad english that sometimes sounds broken.

and sometimes when the interviewer asks me about school i will tell him what happened and how i used to fukk around in school and didnt care for it. then the interviewer will look at me funny like

like i get points taken away for answering a question honestly

im not cut out to be in the work place.

also interviewers will get kind of mad about my dress code. like i actually own a pair of trousers and a shirt

this is why i have to go to these job agencies where all the other foreigners (polish, albanian, romanians) go to get jobs. cus they hire in bulk and give anyone the job.

Go join another. Don't bother with out of town jobs especially with low pay. Go join other agencies

That's how it is. Give them the answers they want, not the ones you want to give them. Find some common questions and make some stock answers. As for the dress code, maybe you should go invest in an outift just for interviews.

Talk slow and confidently. You sound more sure of yourself.

Tell your stories but always end with what it taught you. Give the impression that your not about that life anymore and your making a change. (Starting with this job)

Then its your own fault that they won't hire you. If you were in their shoes would you hire someone who couldn't even be bothered to get out of their pajamas for the damn interview?
