I can't stand the fact that Vin Diesel and Paul Walker made their living as actors

Neither of them are bad actors. Diesel especially had a reputation as one of the buzzing young talented actors in Hollywood in the late 90s after Saving Private Ryan and Boiler Room.

Action movies is what paid the bills though so that's what they did.

I enjoyed both butcher bay and dark athena, alot of it was also vins portrayal of riddikk

You know what's crazy is Paul Walker can actually act. I saw him in a movie late in his life where he was so good I didn't realize it was him. I think some actors just sleepwalk through shytty roles, or maybe they're just showing up drunk/high and half-ass it on set.
