You ain't never got hemmed up as a racist whenever you had to debate how White people's version of cleaning shyt pales in comparison to what the rest of the civilized world do, in terms of cleaning chicken, themselves, or their hair, breh?

White folk talking about using the bar soap to wash their hair cause they don't wanna spring for shampoo.
White folk talking about just using the bar of soap on their arms and back, talking about the soap residue travels downwards and washes the other parts in lieu of using an actual washrag or sponge.
White people talking about it's Ok to go a whole week without showering just as long as you don't sweat 'cause you in the cold.

Various levels of scust and I've been called "racist" a few times off that shyt back in the day by other white folk to the point where I just call 'em "Nasty" and keep it moving. :hubie:

because whatever benefit there is to washing your chicken, also just happens when you drop it into a 300 degree pan and burn the shyt out of it :yeshrug:im not gonna fukk around my sink area with raw chicken. straight from the sealed bag to the pan

i dont even remember if my mom would wash chicken, she probably did. but i don't do it myself so these threads have me fukkin weak :dead:

I have always and will always wash my chicken, my mama taught me that, no cac science will change that.

I don't just wash it, i wash it with hot water, rinse it with vinegar, brine it with lemon juice, then it's ready to cook.

i know for a fact alot of cacs dont even wash their fruit and veg , i worked in a supermarket years ago on the fruit and veg section, i was dropping hella mushrooms and carrots on the dusty floor , i would think to myself these hipsters aint gonna wash this shyt, on da dead locs :mjlol:

I needed to take food safety courses when I worked in group homes before I started cooking for myself and I was told that you have to just make sure the chicken you buy is vaccum sealed, and that if you heat it up and cook it well the bacteria is killed. A lot of chicken and meats are frozen for transport and the temperature kills most of the bacteria but you should still make sure it's well cooked before eating it. The most important thing is thorough cooking. Spices and pepper also kill bacteria in addition to adding flavor. This is why food in developing countries is often preserved with a lot of salt and pepper.

I'm still alive and so are the other people I know who cook that way so:yeshrug:
