This isn’t about men not leading. And women not being in partnership with the father.

Even patriarchal cultures women are huge contributors of culture progression. Haitians who constitute of west African cultures are no different.

Women are primary in the infant stage and then boys eventually cleave to their fathers as they get older to grow into manhood.

That's why I said I laugh at black women who marry white men, because most black boys will grow up to look up to their father in high esteem and aspire to be like him.
