I chose 30fps with better graphics over 60fps with worse gfx today.

what's the point? is it really a mystery that you can get the framerate up by lowering settings?

the only thing I really take away from all this is that at least on PC you can choose what's important to you, while on consoles you're stuck with whatever they give you :yeshrug:
It's not a mystery, it's just fun seeing how low the graphics can go and what you can get out of it.

Battlefield 4 is next. :lupe:

I don't know the difference between the 2... I honestly don't know what I'm looking for. Is 60 fps smoother? Can you nikkas give me some examples?

TLOU on PS4 looks choppy as fukk when you turn on 30fps mode. Ain't shyt "buttery smooth" about it. That really opened my eyes on the need for 60 fps

put the settings on medium? you act like there is only ultra and garbage. You can turn a couple things off like bloom and still have it look really good while gaining fps

Late post but I just realized why tlou on ps4 looked choppy at 30fps. The motion blur used on the ps3 version was removed or reduced significantly making it look choppy. I tested this on the witcher 3 on pc removing motion blur and locked to 30fps and it looked bad but with it it looked great.
