He wanted to get paid and he got it.

Because it's a 5yr deal.
He wanted to get paid here. He had his representation tuck their tails and reach out this week, but Jerry said play on the tag or you get traded, and here we are

Now how is getting 28mil more an L? Take off your homer glasses and use common sense.

Listen to what im saying. Micah wanted to stay in Dallas. This was reported several times throughout this whole process. Jerry even said they had a deal worked out until Micah went to his agent at the 11th hour.

This was always about Jerry not negotiating in good faith as opposed to Micah just being greedy. Dude craves the attention. He doesnt want to play/live in no fukkin Green Bay

He still has the rest of the year to live in Dallas tho :heh: players do this all the time, football season only 4-5 months and you on the road half the time anyway, an extra 28 mil for that inconvenience is an easy decision to make

He didn't want to be in Dallas anymore.

$188 million over 4 years ($47M per) is not a substantially better deal than $202 million over 5 years ($40M per). Not to uproot to a different team imo. He was just soured on Jerry and the Cowboys as a whole.

Don't forget Jerruh's grandson who works in the front office went to UT. Best believe Jerruh is plugged in about all things ARCH MANNING. He's gonna try to draft him with those 1st round picks.
