On offense they usually get guys that make sense.
On defense, they ALWAYS outsmart themselves and draft some dude that wasn't expected to go until 1-3 rounds later. Just draft Mr. Obviously A. ProBowler Jr., instead of reaching. They'd pass up Reggie White just to draft some backup noseguard from Podunk State.
Scheme matters but dawgs >> scheme fit.
They should have kept Micah, traded a 1st for Quinnen, and flipped Pickens for the highest draft capital they could get.

Quinnen Williams coming in and immediately being the best player on the defense by a country mile is both amazing and frustrating to see.
Getting him a year or two ago instead of Three Tylers could have been a championship level move.

Jerruh better not fukk around and sign Pickens. I actually think Jerruh will sign Pickens. If I'm Jerruh I'm also willing to trade 2 1st round picks to get Myles Garrett in the offseason. Forget about drafting a DE.You put Myles Garrett with Quinnen, Kenny Clark, Logan Wilson, Overshown, Shevel, and Bland, and you have a top 5 defense.
