I cut wheat and chicken out of my diet and my skin cleared up

Let me keep it short. I had a lot of skin issues. Itching, areas turning dark, acne etc. "scrathes" appearing out of nowhere

Couple weeks ago I had some pancakes and almost immediately after my skin started to itch. I looked at the back of the box and they contained wheat.

After some googles I started reading about wheat allergies. I decided I was going to eliminate all wheat. When we think about wheat we think about whole wheat but wheat is contained in all flour. So crackers, all bread, pasta everything I cut out. It's been about 3 weeks and my skin hasn't never been so clear.

I was still getting the occasional pimple here and there and I realized that they would always pop up after I eat chicken. So I cut chicken out and switched to fish (fish is anti inflammatory) and the results have been crazy.

So anyone who's sturuggling with skin issues give the wheat free and chicken free thing a try

So hol up, no whole wheat bread, no crackers no nothing?
No bread, period, brown or white. No crackers, cookies, nothing, with flour in it. No pasta or pastries. It might seem like you're eliminating a lot but trust me it's not, just takes a little discipline and youll be straight

Barley, Rye, Oats, Wheat, Spelt.

Peep the ingredients to see if these are present and if so, avoid. The gluten content of most of these (a lot of people can still tolerate oats) causes skin irritation by increasing gut permeability which leads to inflammation and other non beneficial things.

The only reason we're literally force fed it en masse is because its cheap, high profit, low spoilability therefore good for business but bad for health.

Did this all correspond with the end of winter, and an increase in sunlight-vitamin D?

I started taking vitamin D in the spring, stopped washing my face daily, started using higher end CeraVe....... and pretty all my eczema symptoms cleared up.....quickly. I never changed my diet.

Yea oats are inherently gluten free but because a lot of oats are manufactured in the same factory as gluten products there's a lot of cross contamination

This, gluten is found in wheat. I noticed a dramatic reduction in bloating when I cut wheat out.

Bloating is the presence of some inflammation.. Wherever there is inflammation, you'll see some form of illness. I started playing with my diet during this pandemic. The energy levels that im getting from removing certain foods from my diet, then adding different vitamins and minerals, has helped a lot..

I would encourage all to trying removing gluten and dairy from their diets, for a couple of weeks, to see if it benefits them..

Is there at least a substitute bird? The almond milk of poultry?
