Doubt maintenance is that high and if you buy in bulk and stock it yourself you'll cut costs.

Renting in a prime location would be the hardest
It’s not, until something breaks. Anyway, I was just pointing out all of associated costs that come with that potential $7000 annual revenue. If it was that easy to get that money, everyone would do it.

I knew someone in college that was trying to get into vending that used to talk about it.

Yeah that's actually a good idea....in the right spot. The guy who suggested warehouses is right. Truckers are always in and out. Got to jump on them early though if they don't just do it themselves....

PG x MD
pizza franchise + D1 college campus = BANK
True but what D1 school doesn't have multiple pizza places already there? My last year at my school we had 3 late night pizza places on one block and that didn't include the 2 chinese spots that stayed open late night, the Blaze pizza and the Dominos and Papa Johns. 2 of those pizza places closed within a year and turned into Pho spots.

The hardest part about vending machines is most likely getting prime locations , i imagine all the good ones are already taken
and probably charge a high rent.
