if someone prefers being high, that means they prefer their high self, therefore they don't like their normal selves because if they did, they wouldn't have to be high all the time
my point is, for some people, if something like weed is available, and they have the opportunity to be high all the time, they are going to do it
those same people can have no access to weed for whatever reason, and be perfectly fine by finding other ways of having fun because weed or whatever was just one way of having fun
getting fukked up is how some people like having fun and some people like doing it as much as possible because it's fun
if someone was truly unhappy with themselves, they would lose their minds once they couldn't get high for an extended period of time
that's something completely different
