I wonder how many adults don't drink or smoke. I'm sure the percentages are low af. As a non-drinker I don't understand why people need that shyt to deal with life. I thank my parents for giving me enough love growing up to not have to turn to the bottle for it.

Man, i been relying on substances for years. i wish i never ever took a drank or a smoke. Saying that since I have I'd be in an uproar if they closed the liqour stores down.

different folks different strokes.

i got on at 18 and been smoking 18 years. some of the best times happened around smoke.

i had business in between then, relationships and i am doing better now financially and stability wise than i have ever been before.

i smoke to help me create, also help me relax. its not a positive that i agree but almost everybody getting paper smokes.

Dirty little secret about alcohol is how it fukks you up for way longer than a hangover. I did a detox for a month reallized a big reason I don't have the same energy level is that it's still depressing your system for days afterward. Takes you 3-4 days to completely recover, by then next weekend is on deck.
