have you ever seen 2001 a space odyssey? well, its considered one of the greatest cinematic pieces and sci fi movies of all time.. the cinematography and graphics in it are out of this world, especially considering it was made in the 60's, and released in 68..
a year after its release, 69 is when we apparently landed on the moon for the first time..
there's this theory (and a documentary on it) that the guy who directed & wrote 2001, Stanley Kubrick gave clues in another film of his The Shining revealing that the moon landing was set up, and he directed it, or helped stage it..
I'm not sure if I believe it, but it makes sense.
