IC title is Koch records graveyard status
I was just at a house show and one of the biggest pops was when Kofi was getting ready to punch Miz in the face while Miz was begging him off. Miz ducked 
, but we were chanting "Hit His Face" during the match (Miz cut a promo telling Kofi he's putting the IC title on the line on the basis that Kofi not punch or kick him in the face).
They might have something here. If he goes like a year without being hit in the face and like Bo Dallas (or anyone) in a face turn snuffs him, the pop would be huge.
