also the bike was moving slow it's not that extreme a reach. I helped push a strangers truck once and the back tire rolled over my entire foot. I was 
when my foot wasn't shattered. But if that same truck was moving at 40mph

As a nikka that regularly does neck workouts for decades, I would know too
