The South has an ugly history but is out in the open. The north has an ugly history, but likes to hide it. The North likes you....from a distance.

True. NY got some dirty cops. and they immigrants themselves

Yeh all he is talking about is shifting the problem. At the end of the day weed, bytches and whatever other stupid shat he went on about doesn't equal to an environment where the athletes interests are fully taken care. I'm advocating HBCU's but that doesn't like a possibility.

Since that's not going to happen, these athletes really need to focus on the academic opportunities. Not all degrees are the same. If I'm in the south and hell bent on playing D-1 ball the three places I'm thinking are UVA, Vanderbilt and Duke. Those that know understand what I'm talking about.
Stanford, Notre Dame, Northwestern. Etc. If you are going to be used, make sure you get something out of it.

I mean I hear you when it comes to education. But there's more than just those three. You have Texas, Rice, UNC-Chapel Hill, Georgia Tech. All four are in the top 50, I believe. Rice is in the top 20 according to USNews.

Black is Black, no matter where your butt is in America.....North, South, Midwest, California, ect. There are no racial Heaven in America. Malcolm X said this 50 years ago and its true to this day. Look at any list of the most segregated cities in America, a vast majority of them are located up North or in the Midwest.

The 10 most segregated urban areas in America - Salon.com

While Ole Miss ain't my cup of tea, most Black kids aren't going to move across the country when they can go to a state school which close to their relatives, near their hometown, play in the SEC, where they can party and fuk all kinds of girls, alumni connections are tight and get paid.

Prove it

@MikeBrownsJob please. the south has an ugly history and you try to white wash it with economic opportunities. You talk about someone being a kid yet all you care about is money :ld:

Yall keep believing White is Right & the only way, sooner or later that ish gon hit you in the face real quick, once they spin that back on you :dwillhuh: I know because I deal with these:heh: people everyday.

To this DAY Alcorn & Valley hold the record for attendance for a football game in MS. This is when the transition occured for the Ole Pisses & MSU to start targeting our players...they knew we was on the right track.

As for this waiting 4-5yrs to get on TV? :rudy: Steve McNair brought ESPN, Sports Illustrated, & an live broadcast ABC football game to Alcorn in less time than that.

You get the athletes, the money will come to YOU
.

black people we need to get back to this man. It can happen brehs

And yall think they can compete with the Weight Training Programs/Facilities of Alabama and other D1 schools?

Oregon just spent 68 million dollars on an athletic facility.

Sometimes things are just simple economics. And what idiot said some D2 Schools got better facilities than MOST D1 POWERHOUSES. lol nah.

we have something that those schools NEVER will have. We can teach those boys something those schools will NEVER DARE teach. We can reach those boys in a way that money can't buy. That's the way you get them.
