Here is how I can help you...and these 10 facts helped me when I was in that dark place...

1. There is no point in life. Life is inherently pointless. Your existence is meaningless. Life has no meaning. Your parents just fukked and had you and probably had some hopes and dreams for you that they had for themselves but failed thus had you to live through you. Or maybe you were an accident baby and they got stuck with you. Or maybe they had you because they thought they were doing you a favor by subjecting you to suffering by bringing you into this world.

Who knows, but you are here now.

2. The world is a non-sentient ever expanding entity. It doesn't care about your feelings. Actually the Earth is quite hostile to all life-forms. All these viruses and bacteria and diseases. It would be quite silly to think the Universe is a life embracing entity. The laws of the universe all but guarantees your death. The Universe isn't your friend.

3. Only way to stop your suffering is to die. There is no way out of suffering besides death. Your death is your emancipation. There is no amount of money, there is not amount of sex, there is no amount of friends, there is no amount of family, there is no amount of religion that can prevent your suffering. If you think you feel bad now, just think of how much worse can it get it.

4. You are alone. You will always be alone. There is nobody on this planet that will ever know you. You will never find that special person that can truly feel what you feel. Or think what you think. Even your own family. Even the people that birthed you. Your experience is unique to you and only you. Stop looking for people to help you, most people you will meet will be a burden to you. Stop helping other people, because you just being a burden to yourself.

5. If you compare yourself to others you will only be disappointed. Justin Bieber is 24 years old and worth over 100 million dollars. You comparing yourself to other people is just gonna make you realize how worthless you are or how much better you are. It's a crime against yourself because there will always be someone better than you.

6. People will fail you. You will fail you. Failure is the most prominent thing in life. Life is nothing but a series of failures with a few victories sprinkled in. The key is to make your victories larger than your failures.

7. All things must end. The good times and the bad times, most importantly your life. Dwelling on events in your life is pointless. Just enjoy the ride, stop being hard on yourself.

8. You don't have free will. Life was predetermined for you. Your decisions are a series of causes and effects that were set into motion before you were even born.

9. Your sense of control is an illusion. You have no control. You can't even really control yourself. The best thing to do is to observe. Stop pressing so much. Be in the present.

10. You are free. Since life has no meaning, you have no free will, and you have no control, you are free. You have no obligations. You don't owe nobody shyt. You can only be you, whatever you is. Have fun. Life is a Party.
I agree with some points but i'm way too optimistic to believe the rest :heh:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I learned a long time ago that I had to disconnect myself from earthly desire and that has helped me a lot because it leads only to pain. I don't want or need much to be happy at least I thought until I found this one thing.

Do what the homie in Baton Rogue did and travel through Africa, just don't come back and shoot nobody :whoa:

Life is about service. Serving God, serving your fellow man.

Humanity has largely stepped away from that existence.

When we live solely to serve self, its never enough.

Find a way to be an asset in this world.

Frfr I might do need to take a extended vacation

I got a whole month free in December :ehh:

and I ain't a killa :whoa:

Change your environment from time to time, when I was younger I was stuck in a rut despite having a good job, every single day felt like the one before it and I was miserable.

Took a trip to South Africa by myself (first time solo trip) and it was the best thing I ever did.

And if there is a god or gods, he, she or they obviously does not love you or any of us.

9. Your sense of control is an illusion. You have no control. You can't even really control yourself. The best thing to do is to observe. Stop pressing so much. Be in the present. Just observe and you will have so much more fun.

Laugh at yourself. Laugh at other people. Human beings are a great mistake. Laugh at everything.

Why do you believe these things? All of these things seem depressing.

How do you know these things are true and why don't you believe in Jesus/The Bible?

Breh....

Trust me I been there and you just gotta be like this dude to a certain degree

Power-Ghost.jpg

There has to be a certain level of destructive and malevolent intent for the average sane human being to make it through this life until old age, having actually achieved some sort of success

Not saying you have to kill, rob or steal.

Study Buddhism. It will teach you about the spectrum of the human psyche and you will have to experience evil in your heart at some point in your life in order to ascend beyond and escape the cycle of Samsara.

Learn about Asura and embrace him:

Embrace the rage and destructive anger within.

Don't knock a nikka out because it invites too many complications. But acknowledge the fear and anger and learn to re-route that energy into resolving the cause of these emotions.

You will HAVE to experience and invoke that anger within in order to proceed to the next level. There is no other way around this. If you deny these emotions exist they will well within you and eat away at your motivation secretly, silently siphoning away any constructive energies you can hope to build.

And even when you've thought you moved beyond it there will be circumstances in life that push you beyond your limits and causes you to act in uncharacteristic ways.

The key here (speaking from experience) is to attain a state where you can alter the psychological state of your being on command.

Everyone has a different trigger in the environment. Avoid negative triggers specific to you as much as possible. And if you can learn to nullify them even better.

This all takes work and persistence. But the key first is to focus on survival. As a human being there has to be at least ONE thing you've ever been interested or wanting to focus on to stick around. Start there and ask yourself why that is. If you can't answer why, even better. Make it your life mission to find out.

Good Luck. I don't have it figured all out myself, but I have come along way from where I was 10 years ago. The problem is the world around me has gotten a lot worse in that 10 years so I'm struggling to stay ahead of the BS and remain positive. I'm consistently enshrouded by chaos, ignorance and negativity on the daily basis and people who are submerged in their own bubbles of self-importance and egotism. False senses of security and empty, baseless "positivity" etc. So not gonna lie to you and say it's all roses now. But I believe in my own strength and unique ability that will eventually carry me to a state of mind as well as environment where I can truly make a difference and escape this foolishness that surrounds me.

Hopefully you've found at least one phrase here that you can identify with or inspires you to learn more. Growing and evolving is all you can do in many cases to change your situation. There are so many elements we don't have control over in this life. So I know it's incredibly difficult to stay engaged with growth and broadening your horizons. But remember that growth is the only thing you have control over 100%. Therefore you must own your own growth, because that in and of itself is the basis and starting point for getting beyond this struggle that is life.

I agree with some points but i'm way too optimistic to believe the rest :heh:

That optimism shyt gets nikkas down in the dumps.

Being optimistic and having expectations of yourself is a bad life strategy.

The poorest countries in the world are the most happiest for a reason. The poorest countries in the world have the lowest suicide rate.

Because they don't have stupid religions, self help books and media blasting optimism down their throats...that isn't really true or how life works. They don't have meritocracy blasted at them, "Well if you work hard in life, you'll get all the good stuff."

They see life as it is everyday, instead of us in the first world being sold bullshyt. Life is a packaged product in the 1st world.

That's why a lot of nikkas are depressed and commit suicide. Black men are stressed out because we give too much of a fukk. Worried about everything. I see it in my father, I get away from that nikka because he worries too much.

The days I had my existential break down and damn near loss my mind are the funniest days of my life now that I look back on it.

Like...I really had the nerve to give a fukk about things and people. Why have an opinion about it at all?

Like yeah, hope really hard and work really hard and improve yourself...like really?

The less I gave a fukk, the more shyt came to me. The more money I started touching, the more bytches I fukked, the more times I left the country and my state because I didn't give a fukk. I started doing whatever I wanted to do whenever I wanted to do it.

When I gave a fukk not shyt happened in my life.

I stopped going to church, I stopped reading stupid ass get rich books, I stopped reading stupid ass self help books, I stopped all types of shyt. I stopped listening to my parents. All that shyt is a racket.

I started experiencing and observing more.

All that "positivity" and optimism puts you in an emotional cycle where you have highs and lows. I see it all the time. You get a job, now you happy. You come to hate your boss, now you are mad and angry all the time. You get a woman you wanna marry, you are happy. She leaves you, now you sad.

Why do that to yourself? .

I don't have highs and lows now, I have fun. Everything is fun.

You are young (I am too), learn not to give a fukk before it is too late. Don't get indoctrinated into this meritocracy optimistic capitalist bullshyt. The most important trait in life is not caring.

I suggest going into that dark place and coming out a better you, like a Saiyan. All the negative and depressing shyt, if you go through it and go through all the stages of an existential crisis, you will better for it. Everybody should go through one.

It was the best thing and the most funny thing to ever happen to me.

And not giving a fukk doesn't mean not handling your responsibilities or being depressing or passive, not giving a fukk means being a neutral party. It means not having an opinion on what is occurring. It means not tricking and deluding yourself with optimism. It means being aware of what is going on around you. It means not dwelling on events in your life - good or bad. It means not being hard on yourself and others. It means having fun.

Think of the world as a big test. Life is full of ups and downs and boomerangs. Swinging the good and bad close and a far. U can only be the best u. Focus on bettering yourself. Find something u love and follow it. Find some close friends to hang out with. If u trust them enough u can vent to them about ur frustrations. Dont hold all that shyt in breh. Your still young. U should be baggin chicks and dating etc. Work on that charisma and confidence. Trust me them 20's go by quick. U dont wanna be :flabbynsick: 15yrs later still lurking this thread for advice. Sometimes u gotta say fukk it and focus on u and u only for once. Stop helping everybody. Say no if ur not up to it. Your not superman. So dont pretend to be. People probably know ur heart is in the right place u dont have to prove it all the time. Hope this helps breh.

Trust me I've been there. I know what its like.
