I see your point but let's be real, there's a reason we know Usain Bolt and no one knows one curler (I guess that's how they're called?). Even though it's still the same gold they get, whole world knows what has more importance. No one cares if someone has 10 gold medals in curling lol

Its not about who has the most rocks in the circles
The team with the closest rock to the center gets the points
However many rocks you have closest to the center before the opposing teams closest rock is how many points you get
That is why strategy is so critical. You could be getting stomped the entire frame, but if your last throw allows you to be closest, the other team scores nothing
Its why these teams all throw 'guardian' rocks and shyt
I enjoy the strategy although I don't grasp it completely

There are only 2 tracks in the US and 2 in Canada. Lake Placid, NY and Park City, Utah.
Most bobsledders live in those cities in usa and calgary and vancouver in canada
if you notice all the tracks are located in places that have hosted past winter olympics,
