I don't understand how nikkas work for the government

I worked for the fed for a year and a half and quit that shyt almost 3 years ago and it was the best decision of my life. shyt is a toxic environment with a bunch of incompetent people who get moved into managerial positions because of seniority and they kissed the right ass. No one gets fired and there is no efficiency in the workflow. all you see everyday is a bunch of miserable people who have accepted mediocrity.

Oh shut up. If you can't handle it then why whine? That's the easiest way to learn how to efficient.
