Breh, this isn't c00ning. this just brehs not being afraid to take a leap of faith. 
Seriously though Alot of men that don't react that way , secretly really want to, but deep down are afraid of fukking up or being rejected.
The one outlier dude in the video that didn't respond was probably just worried about being caught by his girl. A normal person who isn't interested would have taken offense to her violating his personal space, not just ignored her while she felt up on them.,
