I thought that, first time I’d really heard him interviewed, him and bleeks dynamic was odd, bleek is kinda jovial and jim is very serious and uses corny catch phrases and mispronounced words all over the place (seemingly) trying to sound smarter than he comes across.

i don't see how anyone over the age of about 14 can find jim's uncharismatic lack of humility to be entertaining
