I feel bad for people with allergies

I can’t eat a lot of stuff, most of the allergies are mild aka hives/itching and Benadryl and Benadryl cream will do, but I keep 2 EpiPens on me at all times during the holidays, people be adding everything in their recipes

I have bad seasonal allergies but since i moved from the Bay to Chicago it has been very little to non-existent, but whenever i go back home during Spring/Summer my nose goes crazy around a hour of getting off of the plane.

For real. That’s why I don’t like cooking for other people who have a “list” of foods they can’t eat.

The cost of Epi Pens is ridiculous, pay $500 a year (with insurance) or die if you eat a pecan!!!! WOAT choice.


And my son is allergic to nuts () too!!!
