15 miles one way
Because of the notoriously horrible traffic in Atlanta i drive 40 minutes in the morning. 1+ hour in the evening :snoop:

But not complaining since i work from home sometimes. + my old job was 33 miles one way :weirdo: East Atlanta Village to Johns Creek

45 minutes is the most you'll get out of me in the morning, an hour back. But it's really brutal for my psyche, especially those long ass days where the traffic just seems to come to a glacial pace. Damn near makes me want to drink and drive :pachaha:.

Why? They signed up for it :manny:

I work for myself but I have an office in center city and if I’m not working from home it takes 15 minutes door to door on train (non express hours) or 10 minute Uber ride

I had a commute that was an 1 hour and 5 mins each way, and that was if I left home and work early enough. The commute was more stressful than the actual job. Now, I refuse to go that far out of my way for work.

I just could not do a commute over 30-45 minutes one way for work. I have a colleague who travels about an hour and a half one way.

That is too much of my me time being taken away to sit in traffic :hubie:

the afternoon can be crazy...but again, im usually in the back watching or reading something and dont really notice it:ehh:

it helps that i go to and leave work early, so i miss the traffic for the most part

If I work in central London it takes about an hour door to door on the train. I also work from home quite often and I spend the time on the train with a podcast, learning Spanish or reading up on stuff and it goes fairly quick. If I was at home I wouldn't be doing shyt least on the train I can be a bit productive.
