not after what macho did to steph

:win:

Steph shyt is an unconfirmed rumor. Savage and Vince were close friends, probably closer than even Hogan. Their problems really started when Savage believed Vince disrespected his father:
But Randy could also harbor a grudge, particularly when the slight was directed at his father. In 1987, the World Wrestling Federation booked an old-timers’ battle royal at New Jersey’s Meadowlands. Angelo was still in good shape at the time and wanted to participate. Randy lobbied for his father. But when Lou Thesz, Nick Bockwinkel, Bobo Brazil, Ray Stevens and the other retired wrestlers entered the building, they learned that Angelo had never been invited.

“Randy really loved Vince until the battle royal,” Lanny says. “He felt really bad when Al Costello, who was one of Dad’s best friends in wrestling, said, ‘Where’s your father? He should be here.’ Randy never forgot about the battle royal. He felt guilty, like he should have done more. He’d belabor the point.”

Savage also being the proud man that he was, wasn't gonna be told that he wasn't going to not do something as he wanted to end his WWF run with a feud with Shawn Michaels:
Still, Randy stayed with the company and, by 1994, was appearing less in the ring and more at the announcer’s table. “What frustrated Randy was he felt he never had a match as good as the Steamboat match,” Lanny says. “He was bored with announcing and thought Shawn Michaels could have that kind of match with him. Randy wanted to do a two-year program building up to a match with Shawn at WrestleMania. Randy would lose, retire and go back to the announcer’s table.”

Randy was just short of 42 when he presented his proposal but still felt capable of using his physicality to enrapture a crowd. But, his brother claims, the Macho Man was informed that the World Wrestling Federation was in the midst of a “youth movement.” “So he said, ‘I think I’ll get a second opinion,’” Lanny says. “He went to WCW (World Championship Wrestling, the company’s primary rival at the time), and he took Slim Jim with him.”

Basically, Vince hold grudge on Savage for the simple fact that Savage left for WCW and the Slim Jim ad in the time where the WWF needed it, without warning or notice because Savage still felt he could go. This had to pain Vince a great deal since he saw Savage as like a second son and saw this as a ultimate betrayal. Knowing how Vince can be petty and vindictive at times, this my belief

Vince didn't have it easy, he didn't know his father for the first 12 years of his life. Also before I forget, Vince grew up with an abusive step father in a trailer park, it wasn't until he started to get into trouble that his father came into his life and paid for his education and let vince on as an announcer when vinces other endeavors failed. Back in the 80s other territory based promoters wanted to put a hit on McMahon and he got his mob affirmations in Pennsylvania.
I didn't say he had it easy, but let's not sit here and act like he was an Average Joe working from the ground up. He didn't do it all himself.:usure:

You really think so? I think WWE is better now than it's been in the last 8 years or so.

For once I'm hopefully we are slowly getting a little away from the kiddie PG Era and entering into PG-13. We'll probably never go back to TV-14 or Rated R, but it's a start. This year is still fairly young and Wrestlemania hasn't been that long ago so people need to give it a little bit more time.[DOUBLEPOST=1397679794][/DOUBLEPOST]
I thought it was Shane tired of waiting for Vince to retire so he left

I believe him and Vince kept butting heads on the direction of where the company should be in the future, so Shane got tired of his dad not taking his ideas into consideration and bounced.

I dont think Vince had it easy.

Especially when you read about his background. And also, wasn't he sexually abused as well? I swear I remember hearing about this.

And he literally put his entire life(house mortgage, savings, etc) on the line for WM 1. If that didn't work he said there'd be no WWE today. PAt Patterson said Vince told him they'd all be looking for jobs if WM 1 didnt pay off.

Refer to above and what you're saying is based on little to no information and exaggerations.
