Feds need to give black Americans free tuition to go to trade school and grants and zero interest loans to start trade businesses.

Then they need to double or triple the annual Pell grant value and start zero interest loans for those that want to go to college instead. That's a start.

Nah. Adults making babies need to both step up be parents.

It’s much easier to be a good parent when you WAIT until you are in a good marriage, and are financially stable, and that child can live in a two parent household with good role models. Girls having babies at 16, then have to start working right away, as opposed to going to college, getting a better job, and having time to grow as a person before being someone’s parent.

Men getting child support taken out of checks, and further delaying the building of a savings account, paying off student loans, a mortgage, etc.

There are entire black families where everyone has a child out of wedlock. We need our traditional families back.
