Not when prospective employers can use social media and find something they have a problem with and deny you employment.

Not when you have a chance to hit it big in life and media members looking to make a come up off of you can find something you said years ago (that you don't even believe in anymore) and ruin your upward mobility.

It's rather idiotic to me that people would share their most controversial of thoughts under their government (with pic of face attached) and think they're doing something brave.

Not in this current climate.

Wanna be successful at anything? Move clandestinely, keep your cards close to your vest, and don't put yourself out there for others to pick apart unnecessarily. We all wear masks at some point or another, and if you're not you're simply not playing the game of life correctly.

Because ain't a damn person in this world gonna sign you a paycheck for "integrity."

People lie on resumés all the time, get jobs, and keep their heads down and mouths shut to not bring attention to their dishonety. And as long as they're competent at what they were hired for, they have an avenue to get ahead in their industry.

Those people are also putting food on the table for them and their loved ones.

I ain't saying I agree with it, but the world ain't gonna move with you, so you better move with it.
