Technically that’s a confidential informant but might be talking bout a 137 classification which is the classification for a CI. Then you got the 270 which is a cooperating witness which a lot of people call CI’s. But technically if they in the paperwork, they not a CI, they technically cooperators, but obviously not confidential. People are fools if they think it ain’t a ton of off the record snitching going on or that every person that works with the police have some type of paperwork you can access
