Tried to run today shyt was hurting like hell for 5 mins I had to go back home and put my brace and then I was able to run for 30 at a shyt pace did 3.64 miles when I could’ve done more
I’ve been like going on my spin bike instead of running. I also stopped working out this week for like 4 days cuz of a cold.You sound like you ain't letting rest tbh
I know the frustration of not being able to play/move when you're hurt but those tendons and joints need to breathe

Daily, standing only on the hurt leg, you work your way up to 10 minutes with the soft one then repeat with the hard one.
It strengthens the ankle and helps it recover proprioception. Also helps to tell whether or not your ankle strong enough for you to get back in the game
Yeah you fukking up breh. Sprained my ankle back in July, no real swelling or bruising just couldn’t walk. The X-ray came back negative but I ended up having a small tear in my Achilles after I got the mri. I wouldn’t fukk around breh I was doing a lot of shyt wrong making it worse, trying to work out and shyt. I still ain’t right eitherNah I didn’t
