naw, i ain't forget him. even though both timbaland and the neptunes both got their starts around the same time in the early 90's (timbaland w/ devante and da bassment and the neptunes with tedy riley,) what i meant by the thread title was i feel like the neptunes were the last great ones after timbaland. when the neptunes were producin for EVERYONE (in the 2000s) timbaland was still puttin' out some good shyt but i feel like 01' was timbaland's last GREAT year. don't get me wrong, he produced some hits post 01' obviously, but his 2000s run pales in comparison to his 96' 01'. the neptunes picked up CREATIVELY in the 2000s and ran that bytch
